Antique Oak Flooring
Northern Oak Reclaimed Flooring

CountryPlank.com's Antique Oak Flooring is re-milled from a variety of sources, but primarily from the boards and beams of dismantled agricultural and mill buildings. This oak flooring is the hardest of the reclaimed flooring species we offer. Antique Oak is a mix of Red and White Oak for color and grain variation. This antique flooring is available in several grades for any design style.

CountryPlank.com offers antique oak flooring with custom surface treatments including a variety of distressed looks or hand scraping on the edges and ends.

Please click on the oak flooring prices tab above for the widths & lengths available in each grade listed below and their respective per square foot prices - and, call or email for freight costs.

Antique Oak Flooring:
Country Grade:
Antique Oak Flooring
Available unfinished, plain sawn, with much of the naturally occurring wood character remaining such as tight knots, color variations, varying grain patterns, cracks, nail holes and insect tracks. This grade of hardwood flooring is primarily re-milled from old barn beams and occasional old boards and has a lighter, more uniform overall color.

Antique Oak Flooring:
Country Grade, Selected for White Oak:
Reclaimed Oak Flooring
Available unfinished and square edged, plain sawn, with all the character of Country Grade, but separated for White Oak only. This custom antique flooring results in a more consistent light brown color that is most reminiscent of Historic Oak flooring. It is suitable for the most authentic restoration or reproduction designs.

Antique Oak Flooring:
Rustic Grade:
Antique Oak Flooring

Available unfinished, plain sawn, with all the naturally occurring wood character remaining such as knots, worm holes & tracks, nail holes, color variations and varying grain patterns. Rustic Grade antique oak flooring is primarily re-milled from antique barn siding and sheathing boards and occasionally the outside layer of old barn beams and has a generally deeper and more varied color range and more evidence of prior use such as sawmill marks, weathering cracks and larger knots & nail holes than Country Grade.

Antique Oak Flooring:
Old Original Surface Grade:
Antique Oak Flooring
This grade is exclusively re-milled from antique Oak barn-siding and the outside edges of old Oak barn beams. The original sawmill marks from ages ago have been left untouched to give the appearance and texture of an old barroom floor - with all the naturally occurring wood character remaining such as knots, worm holes & tracks, nail holes, color variations and varying grain patterns. This hardwood flooring is the most Rustic grade we offer. We burnish the surface to remove burrs and no jobsite sanding required, however, we do recommend the application of a finish to insure a well protected and most useful antique hardwood floor.
